. . . to the web site for the Houston, Texas chapter of The Fellowship of Christian Peace Officers (FCPO), a national non-profit law enforcement ministry comprised of Christian men and women from all areas of the criminal justice system.

In August 2002, a handful of Christian police officers, jail attendants, and civilian police employees living in Houston, Texas actively banded together with a common vision to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to Houston area law enforcement. This small group of Christian men and women became chartered by the FCPO in October 2002.

OUR GOALS:  Individually and through our chapter we have joined together for three purposes:

1. To provide support and accountability to Christian law enforcement personnel in various agencies.
2. To learn how to become more effective witnesses for Jesus Christ to those around us.
3. To learn how to disciple and train others to carry out the Great Commission.

There is a strong common bond shared by those in law enforcement, especially those who are Believers. We enjoy a camaraderie which cannot be imitated by anyone outside our unique profession. Because of this special relationship, we are often provided with opportunities to share our faith with colleagues considered "hard to reach" by others in the Christian community. Through FCPO we . . . . read more about Who We Are
